New PBB: Josephus

So, this week I wanted to take a couple of minutes to make The Works of Josephus available in PBB format (prior to Christmas). Josephus has always been a favorite resource of mine - though I haven't gotten thru very much yet. Anyway, I couldn't find it as an offering yet - so here it is. (It should also show up tomorrow in PBB_Updater.)
